La Toscana è famosa per l'Arte e la Storia ma anche per i suoi colli e campagne e questa proprietà richiama Storia e campagna. A Villa built in relatively recent times (80s) but designed to adapt perfectly to the places thanks to the choice of materials (bricks typical of the rural production of the area) and a structure that recalls the Noble Villas of Tuscany of the early 1900s.
The Villa, although in fair condition, certainly requires a good intervention, at least modernization and, why not? Redistribution of the internal spaces to make it more in line with modern needs
On the other hand, it offers truly significant spaces: large entrance hall, large living room with fireplace and dining area, eat-in kitchen (equippable with an internal barbecue), loggia that opens onto the garden, partly paved. Upstairs five bedrooms, two bathrooms and access to the attic. The attic can be recovered to create a pleasant mansard (however, it will be necessary to build a comfortable staircase).
