Derek Waller

Derek has been in the business since 1993, working with Century 21 in Greensboro. He came back to help his father who started Gull Isle Realty' & Rentals. Derek helped build the business with close to 200 property management accounts and took over the helm when his dad retired. Derek is excited to merge with CENTURY 21 Coastal Advantage and we look forward to an amazing opportunity!≠
